Health Guarantee – French and English Bulldogs for Sale

At French and English Bulldogs for Sale, we stand behind the health and well-being of our puppies. Every puppy purchased through our website comes with a minimum 30-day health guarantee, ensuring your new companion starts life in your home healthy and happy.

Health Guarantee Coverage

Within 10 days of receiving your new puppy, you must take them to a licensed veterinarian for a health examination. If the veterinarian determines that your puppy is clinically ill or has passed away due to an injury or illness sustained before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:

🔹 Return the puppy for a full refund.
🔹 Exchange the puppy for another puppy of equal value.
🔹 Keep the puppy and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary expenses (not exceeding the purchase price).

These options do not apply if a health issue was disclosed in writing at the time of purchase with a veterinarian-issued health certificate.

Coverage for Congenital & Hereditary Conditions

If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a congenital or hereditary defect that negatively impacts their health—or if your puppy passes away due to such a defect—you will be eligible for the same refund, exchange, or reimbursement options mentioned above.

Important Requirements

📌 You must notify us within two business days of your vet’s diagnosis, including the veterinarian’s name, address, and phone number.
📌 Failure to notify us within two business days will result in forfeiture of guarantee rights.
📌 Each state has different laws regarding the sale of puppies. We encourage all buyers to educate themselves on their state’s regulations.

Extended Genetic Health Guarantees (When Offered)

Some breeders provide extended health guarantees for genetic conditions. These guarantees:

✔ Cover illnesses proven to be genetic in origin through veterinary testing.
✔ Do not cover routine veterinary costs or general care expenses.
✔ Require proper documentation from a veterinarian before any compensation is provided.
✔ Do not cover injuries caused by owner negligence or accidental injury.

For states where a longer health guarantee is required by law, the state regulations take precedence. In states without a mandatory health guarantee, we expect all breeders listed on our site to provide at least a 30-day health guarantee.
